Vintage French Arcoroc Sunburst Diamond Point Trifle Set
Stunning vintage French Arcoroc sunburst diamond point trifle set in emerald green from the 1970's. Set consists of 1 large bowl and 5 small bowls. There is some wear as expected from a piece this old but nothing that ruins the look - one small bowl has a hairline crack, and there are some tiny chips on the large bowl. Does not take away how stunning this set is and there is still lots of life left.
Arcoroc glassware was popular in the 1960s and 1970s, and the green colour was a common choice during that era. The green colour of the glass is achieved through the addition of metal oxides during the glass-making process. This gives the glass its distinctive hue and adds to its vintage charm.
Large bowl = 20cm D x 9cm H and weighs 878g.
Small Bowl = 10cm D x 5cm H and weighs 169g each.
Total weight is 1.723kg.
