Vintage Hollinshead & Kirkham Needlepoint Plate
Fabulous vintage Hollinshead & Kirkham needlepoint plate from 1941 - 1952.
Hollinshead & Kirkham (H&K) was an English earthenware manufacturer based in Burslem and later Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, England. The company operated from around 1870 until it was voluntarily wound up in 1956.
The plate features a central illustration of a basket filled with various flowers, including pink, yellow, and purple blooms, depicted in a cross-stitch style. The rim of the plate is adorned with a gold pattern and additional floral motifs at each corner. The edge of the plate is trimmed with a gold line, adding to its elegance.
Excellent condition for age.
25cm D and weighs 613g.
