Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy outlines how we handle change‑of‑mind and faulty‑item returns so you know exactly what to do if something isn’t quite right.

Because our items are vintage and often one‑of‑a‑kind, we encourage you to read descriptions carefully and review all photos before purchasing.

1. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing misjudgements, or general wear and condition consistent with vintage age.

2. Condition of Vintage Items

All items are pre‑owned and may show signs of age, patina, crazing, or manufacturing quirks. These characteristics are part of their history and are not considered faults.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply. You may be entitled to a remedy if an item has a major failure, meaning it is significantly different from the description or photos provided.

Minor imperfections, age‑related wear, or disclosed condition issues do not qualify as major failures.

4. Reporting an Issue

If you believe your item has arrived with an undisclosed major issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

  • a description of the concern

We will assess the issue in line with the ACL.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless required by law.

6. Return Shipping

Where a return is required under the ACL, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
