Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy explains how we pack, dispatch, and deliver your vintage pieces with care, along with the timeframes you can expect.

At mabel molly vintage, we take great care in preparing and packaging your vintage pieces, so they arrive safely and beautifully.

1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During peak periods or when handling fragile items, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Within Australia

We ship from South Australia using trusted carrier Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are 3 - 10 business days.

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Mabel molly vintage is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

 

3. International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently accommodate international shipping.

 

4. Packaging

We use a combination of new and recycled materials to protect your vintage items. Fragile pieces are wrapped and cushioned with care.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel is lodged with the carrier, delivery is outside our control.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, mabel molly vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

If your tracking information shows your item has been “delivered” but you have not received your item, we recommend contacting the carrier in the first instance. While we are happy to assist with carrier information, when possible, we are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Where the address provided by you does not match the Australia Post address details, we will attempt to contact you to verify your address before shipping which may result in dispatch delays. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect postal details provided by you.

7. Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging your order but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the confirmed “delivery” status. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging and shipping box. Given that our items are unique, we will consider the best solution. We reserve the right to provide a replacement item at an equal or higher retail value or provide a refund (minus initial shipping costs) depending on the situation and product availability.
